The place is an absolute mess. The play land is very dirty. All the tables and floors need to be cleaned. The front was also messy. There needs to be some serious management changes and or training.

The scramble egg in the big breakfast plater looks like something left over, scrap from the bottom of the pan, asked manager and instead of giving a reasonable explanation just saying it's right, i have been eating same food for long time and it never looked like that. He asked me to make me a new one but if it's same and right as he said i world not waste same food twice, his attitude was like what i said didn't matter, this would be last time i will come to this place.

Absolutely have the WORST customer service here and 90% of the time they will mess up your order. We are locals and deal with it often (I’m pregnant and crave there food allll the time) It’s almost expected the treatment you’ll receive, just keep in mind they will ignore you and act like you just don’t exist lol and when they do deal with you their heads are somewhere else.

didn’t know it took over 20 minutes to make a single cheese burger. Did a mobile order too. worse location. thought I would give them another chance but I was wrong!! don’t give this location your time or money. not worth it. you’ll be waiting forever on your food. such a waste of time!

Staff was fighting, cashier was wearing a wife beater as his uniform. After waiting for my food and watching the back cook and communicate with each other decided it was not safe to eat the order.
The food was the same as it always is so nice job with consistency I guess. I'm not sure why I come back but it was pretty good all things considered. Might be back later but only if my friend drives.

All the coworkers were really fast, efficient, and ready to serve me! The coworker who helped me at the drive thru microphone was incredibly sweet, but the woman at the window was very cold to me. Other than that, I was still able to enjoy my lunch! :)
