From failure to follow health standards to being loud and obnoxious.Food is reasonably priced and they have a lot of options.But from how I saw the employees attention to detail I would worry about food safety here.Parking: Lots of parking available. It is in a shopping plaza.

One dreary February evening I made the decision to go to mod Pizza. I threw my golden brown hair into a messy bun and did my full makeup routine. I was really depressed after being relentlessly bullied all day long at school. Of course my crush, the star quarterback, didn't stand up for me but whatever. At this point I might as well just become a girl kisser. But I digress, since I was having such a bad day I knew that Mod would cheer me up. I couldn't help but break down sobbing on my walk through the parking lot. But that's when it happened, as I opened the doors a warm breeze blew my hair out of my messy bun, my natural beach wave curls brushing my neck, sending tingles down my spine. My tears were dried instantaneously. The cause of this delicious summer breeze in February was truly an angel. Her dazzling smile blinded my eyes, further supporting my previous statement of seeing a true angel. Her sparkling eyes shining like toasted cinnamon honey butter. I was immediately overcome with an intense, sensual urge to press my lightly glossed lips to hers. As this image filled my mind, all my pain and heartache from the day just instantly washed away. I anxiously waited in line, twiddling my thumbs nervously. When I finally approached the counter a sound like church bells ringing, fairy wings fluttering, and stars twinkling geaced my eardrums. Her voice was the most awe inspiring sound I've ever had enter my ears. I still remember her words clear as day, "Hi there! What can I get for you today?" I felt my heart skip a beat and my legs were threatening to give out from under me. This jaw dropping MODerator made me the best pizza I've ever had but only because it was her King Midas touch that turned my food into gold. I'll always remember the miracle of the MODerator. 10/10 will be back again.

This is the worst MOD pizza on the planet. I have no idea how they think that one person making pizzas when the line is 15 people long is going to work. Oh and that doesn’t count the online orders they make in there too. I literally stood at the counter today for 15 minutes while the lone pizza maker made three to go orders without acknowledging my presence. She finally said I have to make one more before I make yours. Then proceeded to make two more. I finally walked out without ordering. I’ll give someone else my money. Sadly, this is like the tenth time I’ve had this type of experience there. Just awful execution and management. Will never go back here!
Love this place! This is our go to pizza place. We love their Greek salad. A lot of pizza places have terrible salads but the Greek salad here is delish and provides a nice balance to the pizza. The dressing for it is drool worthy. We also enjoy the cheesy garlic bread w/ pesto sauce. One of our fav things about Mod is that they don't charge you for add ons for pizzas. So our fav is the Jasper but we add Asiago cheese, pepperoni, basil, green bell peppers, red onion, sliced tomatoes, and a pesto drizzle. But we've tried a lot on the menu and you can't go wrong!

I placed an order on door dash 30 mins before mod closed, they accepted my order but never made it. I drove all the way to the store to ask what was going on with my order and they wouldn’t open the door. And then I got a notification saying they cancelled my order after waiting for an entire hour.

The food is great, but last night, we were the only people in line, and it felt like we were being ignored by two employees who were more focused on wiping the counters down. It was 8pm. It's not like we walked in just before they closed. IDK, the whole staff seemed grumpy. Not the usual vibe. Food was good though.

This is the absolute WORST MOD I have ever been to. After a 50 minute wait in line, a skimpy pizza with only toppings sauce on the middle.... And a dry salad With only one tiny little container of dressing = RIP OFF!!! This is supposed to be super fast pizza and it's the slowest and worst I've ever had. I have spoke with the manager and she didn't care.

I placed an order at the MOD Pizza in American Fork Utah location tonight and when I got home I found out that one of the two salads I ordered was made incorrectly! It also was saturated in so much ranch dressing I couldn't eat it! The other salad I order seemed to be correctly and had the ranch dressing on the side in a small container! It was also a lot bigger the the other salad which I don't understand because I got the same size for both of them! I also didn't get the no name cake I ordered! Of course by the time I got home the store was already closed! Also one of the employees had their hair hanging in their face which making the pizza even though they were wearing a green baseball hat on top of their head! I am very disappointed in the quality of food served to me by this location and if this is how you serve the food to customers then I guess I won't be eating at your restaurant ever again!
