the WORST customer experience ever!!! not to mention do not buy their sparkler candles!! will never buy from them ever again! we bought a cake and their sparkler candles from the store asked if they could be lit on the cake and they said that they definitely can be lit right on the cake! we lit it, and the sparklers sprinkled all over the cake and popped off and burned hinges into our rug and table! there was no salvaging the cake, i tried but it was like embedded in the frosting. I called them thinking they would at the very least just refund my order and let us come pick up a new cake that we hadn't even cut into when I sent them pictures and the only thing they offered me was a replacement of the cake... So give me an errand and not Make Up for their mistake of not disclosing any risk or what they sell! they wouldn't do any better!not to mention no covering the cost we are of the $10 sparkler candles. they we're so rude and totally unhelpful!! the worst service i've ever delt with. i wouldn't trust them with anything.

For that price, I might as well drive the 5 hours to UT and deliver it to her myself.Edit: I don’t think the store understood my review. I live out of town, but this location is my mom’s local store. Nothing Bundt cake went above and beyond for us today! We went in and were warmly greeted at the door. There were two different samples available and they made sure everyone in our group got some. Cakes are always good the wife swears by them and only lets me buy from there. The staff was great they got me out the door quickly and were super friendly at the same time.Parking: It is in an active and popular shopping center, so parking is a little bit of a challenge but not something that will take more than a few minutes to find a spot.

I love this place! I love getting the little Bundt cakes because they’re so moist! I generally don’t even like cake, except from here, because the texture is so exceptional. The frosting is amazing too! My favorite flavor is carrot cake (and they don’t have nuts in their recipe, which is A+ in my book!), but lemon is a close second. I also love that you get a free little Bundt cake on your birthday if you sign up for their email list. Anyway, try this place!

This place is super cute! Clean, bright, great displays. I walked in to order a birthday cake for a dinner I was having with my kids, for that day. I was greeted quickly and the woman helping me was so helpful by taking her time to explain the different decorations, prices and flavors. She was great! She offered to have the cake ready in half hour (I didn't need it until about 7 hours later lol). The cake was cute, exactly what she described, and very tasty. Will order from them again!
Went in same day and got the white chocolate raspberry bundt cake, and it was delicious. Heard about it from a cousin, and I was so glad that I could just walk in and same day bundt cakes.It was delicious!

This place is amazing! Not only are the cakes beautiful, delicious, but their customer service is off the charts! I screwed up on my kids birthday. Ordered a cake, thought they closed at 8pm even though they’ve always closed at 7pm! So at 7:05pm I called desperately trying to see if I could figure something out, but I got their voicemail. I explained the situation over VM. And then about 5 minutes later a wonderful lady called back and said if I hurried she would stay open for me. It’s customer service like this, and the fact they have delicious products, that will keep me coming back forever. Really appreciate you guys helping me out when you didn’t have to and making my kids birthday party great with that cake!
First, let me say, that Nothing Bundt Cakes is amazing! And I wish this company nothing but a beautiful prosperous new year in 2024! My experience was concerning regarding the service. My pregnant daughter-in-law and I visited the store in American Fork in early November. I think it was on a Monday. A lovely young lady waited on us. We were inquiring about an order for the baby shower. The young lady was very helpful. She let us know what we could order and how to order. We bought every flavor of the bundtinis and said we would come back to place an order. The baby shower was on December 2nd. My daughter-in-law came back and ordered 3 dozen bundtinis. The baby shower theme was bears and bees. Our colors were a color scheme of yellow, tan, brown, and white, so the order needed to be specific in color (which is what we were told we could do). We wanted the Snickerdoodle, vanilla, and lemon. The order was picked up on the morning of December 2nd and brought to the venue. We opened the boxes and we were given chocolate, red velvet, and lemon. I asked my daughter-in-law, what happened? She was told that was all that the store made or had for that day. I was furious! However, we had purchased vanilla cupcakes from Harmon's also, so we made the best of it. A week later, I was still a little soar about the purchase. If we had any idea we could not order specific bundts, we would have ordered more cupcakes for the occasion. I stopped by the store and spoke to another lovely employee named Marie. I told her what happened with the order and she was very compassionate and understood. She took my information and assured me that the manager would reach out and call me. To date, I've never heard back from anyone. I've worked in Catering, Hospitality, and Customer Service for 40 years. Always remember, customers come and go. You can always fix an order. But, a catering order? For a special occasion? You only get ONE shot to get it right! If you want Nothing Bundt Cakes to be number 1 in customer service, please, never mess up a catered order for a special occasion. The baby shower was lovely but I'll always remember the bundtinis, and the fact that a manager NEVER called me back. Sad face. Follow your mission! Stay on your game! Get it right! Best wishes! I'll probably stop and get myself a bundtini on the way home from work today because they truly are the best! But, I'll probably never purchase a catering order from this company again! Good luck!
