I recently dined at Panda Express and had an outstanding experience. The service was prompt, and the staff was friendly. The food was delicious, with a variety of flavorful options. The orange chicken was a standout, perfectly crispy and bursting with flavor. The restaurant was clean, and the overall atmosphere was inviting. Definitely a five-star experience – I'll be returning for more tasty meals!
No options left out - went an hour before closing and a bunch of sauces they didn’t have and took forever. Not worth the time or money.

Wow!!!! ? when we arrived the line was through the door, and the drive thru was packed aswell- safe to say it was a mad house. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a crew of employees ever be so posed under pressure. They were fast, efficient, kind, and it’s beyond me- but all had focused, yet still completely positive faces. They didn’t look irritated, annoyed, or stressed. They worked as a team and I’m still wide eyed at the fact they got through the line and the drive through line before I had even finished my side entree ( I eat that first) my son and I sat eating I had had to stop myself from actually applauding them ?♀️? so I wrote this instead…. And grudgingly/ regretfully I’m typically a “ review when dissatisfied “ person - so for me to have the urge to comment means it was down right impressive and note worthy- phenomena crew tonight - give them a dang raise ??

We went through the drive through. They were out of about half the menu (unless you wanted to wait for them to make it) and were super pushy about us making a choice after telling us they were out of everything we tried to order. Orange chicken was chewy and gross and the teriyaki chicken was cold. I'm normally a major Panda Express fan, but I will not be back to this location after the pushy and impatient service, lack of options, and cold chewy food.

Ordered take out. Not very much food at all. All of the containers were undisturbed during transporting. Food was like the last food on their table. Not much rice at all barely filled half of the first compartment. The two main dishes were like two bites of each. It seems to be the American Fork Panda that has problems. I have gotten food from Pleasant Grove and it is fantastic.

went through the drive-through and tried to use their new app, and the discount code that I was trying to use wouldn’t work. The woman at the window made me feel stupid and belittled. She made me feel like it was my fault that the code wouldn’t work, and wouldn’t honor the discount no matter what I asked.I’m sure the food is fine, but the customer service leaves much to be desired.

Just not as consistent of service as we often get at other places. Sometimes they are attentive, and other times I have to wait minutes before I am greeted. Drive thru is always slow. The saving grace (and what keeps me returning) is that the food is good.Parking: Never had a hard time parking. Often able to park immediately next to store.

I traveled to do so shopping and made sure to finish in time to get Panda to take home. They supposedly close at 9:30 but when I got there at 9:15 they were closed. Very disappointed!
