Went here because I saw the good reviews. I think they ran out of boneless chicken wings when we got there because we were served chicken sandwich patties. We were the only ones there and the food took about 20 mins to make. Not sure why it took so long. Also they had a fairly limited sauce selection compared to other wing places.

I'd consider myself a regular at this place. Consistently big juicy wings with great sauce options. My favorite sauce is the 2x Garlic pepper. Would highly recommend the Chili cheese fries as your side option but they made really good fresh salads as well. Fresh hot scones are excellent as well. The place gets pretty busy at lunch time.

I have been to this place over a dozen times, so I guess you could say I like it in general, but there are some glaring potential improvements that need attention: (1) The mild buffalo sauce isn't mild. It's fine for me, but there are friends and family I might want to treat who would be overwhelmed. (2) They totally totally totally skimp out on the ranch dressing and overcharge the customer if we ask for more. Really? WAY too skimpy. Are dressing costs about to shut down the business? (3) There is a huge dichotomy in the staff members between who obviously care a lot about the customer and who exude arrogance and utter disinterest. Huge dichotomy! (Amongst the owners too!) (4) If they are going to shut down the dining area from 8pm while advertising the restaurant is open until 9pm, this needs to be clarified on the website and on the window. And even worse, don't notify us AFTER we have ordered our food at 8:30 that it has to be taken-out only. Really? Is this the owners' policy, or is it the result of leaving irresponsible teenagers to manage the closing shift? Given the amount of business they get (especially at lunch time) despite the obvious shortfalls, it sure feels like there is plenty of room for competition in the area. I am hoping someone will give them a run for their money.

The best place for wings! Sauce is amazing. Been going here since day one and has never failed me once. I buy the garlic pepper sauce all the time and a bottle of ranch. Recommend 1000% to everyone.

Small disclaimer the best wings in the state are made in my backyard. But as a big fan of wings I am always on the hunt for a good wing and Wingshack definitely has it. It is possibly the best wing in Utah county and beats the chain restaurants by a mile! We love the variety of sauces and they have excellent flavor! The wings themselves don't quite hit the crispy factor that I look for in a good wing but still the overall quality of wings are what sets them apart! We'll definitely be back!

My husband and I stopped here for a quick bite to eat while running errands and the staff were all very friendly. The wings were absolutely delicious and they have the best tater tots I have ever had. There's also a lot of table room off to the side from where you order.
First time we ordered take out, not a great experience. Some of the flavors were good others not so much and the wings were soggy already. The labeling on the box are not helpful, we couldn’t read it, maybe a sticker would be more helpful. We couldn’t figure which dipping sauce each were because all looked the same (we asked for blu cheese and ranch) with no label and I’m still not sure of the flavors, it didn’t taste like neither. We ordered two orders of scones and no custard came with them. Our order was all over the place and that made it very unpleasant and we were also missing the 2 liter soda. Not sure if we’ll be back again
