Great service and delicious smoothies! I regularly take my son here and we are always pleased. The workers were very busy but still took the time to offer thoughtful suggestions to my son.

I waited 20 minutes for my smoothie. The people who ordered after me got theirs before me and the girl working was talking to her friends the whole time. I asked when my smoothie was going to be done and she ignored me. She was not doing her job and was giving her friends drinks and talking to them. After I got my drink and told them it was a 20 minute wait the girl just said ok and didn’t apologize. This service was not good and I will not be coming back to this location.

I’ve been into this location a multitude of times and each time has been very uncomfortable and very difficult they won’t accept cash , they are always out of everything and when you ask them to make a bowl they get upset and or tell you that they can’t make itall over bad experience

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Roxberry in American Fork. Not only was the customer service atrocious, but the wait time for a simple smoothie was absurdly long. The staff seemed indifferent to our presence, and when our order finally arrived, it was subpar at best. Save your time and money and steer clear of this establishment.

The drive thru always takes way too long. Today, I looked inside my cup to see why I wasn't able to get any more smoothie out, and I found a bunch of frozen fruit at the bottom of my cup. Yes, I know it's normal to get a few chunks, but this?! I asked for a smoothie. Therefore, I expect everything to be smooth and well blended.
