Went here today around 5:00 tried to go through the driveway but the “we’re close. Please come back at normal business hours” but what was really sad was one of the workers were watching and laughing as I drove away so I looked up the times you don’t close until 8pm. SMH poor customer experience.

I went I today HORRIBLE . I ordered two sandwiches and they messed them up. The first had everything the second was supposed to have on it. And the second one had the first stuff on it. And they were missing a bunch of stuff on it.

I ordered online and paid online. When I went to pick up my order at 7:45 PM, they were closed. I looked up the hours on the website and it said they were open until 9:00. They actually took my money and I didn't get any dinner!!!!! Very, VERY ANGRY!!!!!

A little frustrating, we ordered a foot long sub with bacon. We were charged 2 dollars for the bacon and we left a tip. After driving away we found out there was no bacon. When I came back and showed the receipt they made a new sandwich and tried to make us PAY for it! I politely declined and just asked for the bacon then which he gave me for us to put on our own sandwich. That’s pretty terrible customer service. I won’t be back to this location.

Me and my friend ordered our subs and when we got home we opens them and saw they messed up the bread type we chose and put all the condiments and tomatoes on top of the bread and it spilled all over- and we found a SHORT LONG BLOND HAIR IN ONE OF THE SANDWICHES -me and my friend have brown hair- FOOD QT Not so good- my bread was hard and all of our toppings were verry wet and soggy- also my chicken was feather cold-

Came in the front door and was greeted. We had the meet ball marinara and sit subway club. They were both toasted and fixed our way so they hit the spot. Restrooms were clean. Lobby was very clean. Staff was nice.Parking: Drive through window is an option if handicappedWheelchair accessibility: Easy access to front door but parking at front door does not comply with ADA requirements to steep of a cross angle.

Recommended dishes: Meatball Marinara, Cookies, Subway Club, Sub Club Sandwich

Every time lately they’ve gotten something wrong with the sandwiches I’ve ordered, last night my sandwich wasn’t toasted and the meat was cold, not even warmed up a little. My wife’s sandwich was missing bacon on hers. Seems like every time lately there is something wrong with the sandwiches I order. It would probably be different if I ordered in person though.

Imagine ordering the same sandwich, toppings, and sauces THREE TIMES. It was horrific.Someone please fix this place. You need an overhaul STAT.

Have ordered from this location many times and they always screw up. The Hispanic kids that work there don’t know how to read English or something because every time I get home the sandwiches are all wrong ALWAYS! Get rid of the Hispanics are hire whites people so they can actually read the English. DON’T GO TO THIS

I came in right before lunch and got two foot longs. Soon the store got very busy and the employees and manager worked hard to take care of everyone….and they did it with a good attitude. Our sandwiches were great and the store was so clean, which is super important to me.

The kid working was super slow and we were the only customers at first- it took us 10 minutes from order to pay and we only got 2 sandwiches. He wouldn’t stop complaining about his shift to us, “I’ve been working for 10 hour straight” and complained to 2 other customers behind us for 10 minutes each because that’s how long it took him to make their food too. We sat down and he came and sat on his phone behind us until another customer came in and he complained to them too for a good 5 minutes, “I’m so tired, it’s been 11 hours…”

I love subway, but the people they have working here are are extremely weird. They literally see you but ignore you. WHAT THE HECK? Sad but true. These workers don’t care at all about the customers!
