Came in for some quick dinner after work to be greeted by the most immature rude employee. Manners are trash. Gave attitude when I asked for sauce. Didn’t say hi, bye, or your welcome once. I’d rather wait in the hour long line next door at in n out than to have her take my order.(Didn’t get her name but she was working at 7:30pm on March 3, 2024)Management or parents should work on that.

The workers obviously don’t know how to read instructions for online orders. I requested extra seasoning on the fries and they put NONE on them. The bread for my kickin’ chicken sandwich was also undercooked with no butter and there was barely any sauce on my sandwich. I keep giving this Zaxbys a chance but I’m let down every time. We will not be coming back.

I got food poisoning from eating lunch here yesterday. Had the chicken fingers and fries.
It’s basically a budget Raising Cane’s. Same meal, but the chicken, toast, and sauce are all subpar comparatively.The fries do have some good seasoning, but that’s the only plus over Cane’s.

Zaxby's sent me a free coupon for a "big zax snack" so I figured I'd come give it a try. Let me just say - this was far from "big". They should call it the "microscopic zax snack". They should have paid me to eat this. My tenders were as small as my pinky, and dryer than the Sahara desert. It took 20 minutes to get our food after waiting 10 minutes inside to be greeted. I think they have one person in the whole franchise that commutes between each location when people come to place an order. I think I'd only come here again if I got paid. That's a no from Jerry.

Two stars because the drive thru worker was very nice, but man the food was just bad. I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to leave one here in hopes that they will improve. Everything tasted like it had been left out for hours. The fries and tenders were stale, and the wings were just not fresh.
