Normally this Arby's is good. Tonight's sandwich was so disgusting I lost my appetite. The meat on it was thick and chewy and one part was hard. See photo. So disgusting and disappointing

This last visit changed how often I will go to other fast food places. Arbys is now on my list of preferred places.
The person who took my order read back everything as I asked for it but when I got my order I had duplicates of some items and my drinks were completely messed up. I didn't realize until I got home that I was over charged and likely got food from someone else's order in my bag. Price wise it probably worked out but I didn't need that much food and really didn't want to pay extra. I may drive the extra 5 miles to go to a different store as this one is getting worse and worse
