It's been a long time since I have been here on a Friday. The fried fish was good. Also had the Seafood Newburg and clam chowder. All very good.

Went to eat here the other day... end of March? And just could not eat at all. Kids were running around, screaming, eating stuff off the floor, climbing on top of everyone's tables and jumping off of them, running into the kitchen... it was such an unsafe unruly family, when we discussed this with the waitresses, they were expressing disgust with the family as well but in a friendly, customer service manner. When we brought the manager, Catherine, over, she stated "well, what can we do? They will be leaving soon." Unwilling to express their authority over the customers that are creating an unsafe environment for their employees and other customers. There were so many close-calls with customers almost tripping over these hooligans. When we try to reach out to corporate, they never take phone calls and let everything go to voicemail and have removed their online feedback form. When we called Bountiful store to discuss this, they informed us that Corporate has stopped taking customer complaints because they are so numerous. All in all, I paid for an unsatisfactory service and will never visit again. If the Health Department saw this situation, they would be appalled.

I love to eat here. Always a treat.Pros: Love the fried or baked chicken. Mashed potatoes and gravy are as good as homemade. Soft potatoes with a few nice lumps. The chicken or beef gravy is way better than it used to be. Salad bar is nice. Good fries and shrimp. Spouse loves the turkey soup and pickled veggies. Nice, warm macadamia cookies.Cons: The rolls used to be my favorite, but they're always cold now and sit out for a long time. They used to serve Farr's ice cream in the soft serve before the pandemic, but not anymore.I like the vanilla cappuccino with a dollop of vanilla ice cream at the end of my meal.

I can not say enough good things about this place.1- They have both Pepsi and Coke products. No more having to choose because inevitably it will be the one you don't prefer.2- They have Diet Mt Dew. Because not everyone who can't have sugar loves colas.3- The food is amazing!4- The staff are amazing!Glad we chose to eat here today! ?Vegetarian options: Lots of food to choose fromKid-friendliness: They have Mac and cheese need I say more
The service was good. The food not so much. The food wasn’t seasoned very well. The lemonade was watered down & the Mr Pibb did NOT taste like it should.We don’t have this restaurant in the south so it was an experience. Buy definitely would not recommend.

The food was great and the facility was clean. They kept things stalked well. There's not many buffet places around anymore and Chuck-A-Rama has always been one of the better ones.
