Went to Culver’s for a sweet treat before the start of the car show on 4/23; waited over 10 minutes for melted custard, this was ice cream soup- most of the fillings had sunk to the bottom of the cups. Called and spoke to Lauren, Manager- she said the issue was a heat issue that they knew about the day before. Why not let your customers know that you’re struggling with the machines and if they want to come back another time?! Why have us waste our time and money? Super disappointed.

I'm not sure what has happened to the hamburgers, but they are as flat as a piece of paper. There is plenty of flavor, but not much meat and the edges are well over cooked. One positive thing is the staff is friendly.

Friendly people and tasty food. I love the Atlantic cod. It is light and flaky. The onion rings are a family favorite. Light tempura type batter is used on the onion rings. So good!

I ordered a mini concrete that took over 20 minutes to come out in the drive they. The cup was less than half full of melted ice cream covered in raspberry syrup. I asked the girl if it was normal for it to be that small, she just shrugged and walked away. If I hadn’t already sat in my car for 20 minutes I would have taken it in for a refund, what a rip. I finished it in less that 5 bites it was so under filled. I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. I’ll stick with the Layton Culver’s

Maybe it was an off night because I hope tonight wasn’t the new normal… Culver’s usually is such a treat. There were 3 cars ahead of me. From the time I got in the line to the time I drove away was about 30 minutes. I wasn’t concerned because they usually are a little slow but the food is usually hot and good. Got home (I live less than 5 minutes away) and the onion rings were cold and soggy. The hamburger wasn’t how I ordered it. I went back and looked on the receipt and it had it how I ordered it. The chili cheese fries were alright. The best part of the meal was the coke… which I could’ve easily drank all of as I waited for my food in my car. The people who brought the food, didn’t even apologize for the wait or even say hi. I hope it was just a really off night. Right now I don’t think I’ll be back but honestly, I will probably give it another go in a few months. If you are going to make people wait that long, please give fresh hot food!

My burger tonight was the best burger I’ve had in a while. The staff did a great job. They had some younger kids on shift that got yelled at by a cranky old man for taking 15 minutes to prepare his ice cream cone. They were super busy, especially for customers wanting ice cream. I think people could be a little more patient with young kids trying their best to just do their jobs. 10/10 would recommend. Even if I have to wait 15 minutes.

I give this place one star. Went through the drive-through ordered my meal got all the way home and they had shorted me a dinner. I had to drive quite the distance to go back to get it because they don’t have any delivery service. Didn’t offer anything at all to compensate me, I had to ask for compensation and all I was offered was a concrete. Wow that’s all I can say. Customer service nowadays is is ridiculous. They put these young kids in there that don’t know what the hell they are doing. I do not recommend this location whatsoever . Very poor customer service

Culver's is my favorite place to spend time with my family, but every time someone has to go digging to find out who's burger is who's. It's always been really frustrating. I'd like to see some way that will tell me what is what or am I missing something?

This is an update after 2 years.Same is same if not worst.They put rudest person at cash register.All I ask was how many fries sauce I get for 3 full meals?She answered very rude way well you get one!To me that's just unreasonable so I said right away give me 5 more and after that I made comment like oh wow that's weird only one fry sauce for 3 meals?She goes to me what you want 15???I was like no but 3 would do it.Nope she charge me and I m out.I mean out and nit coming back ever.I gave this place many chances and they just keep blowing away.You don't want the business then just say it!There is nothing positive here trust me.Bellow is my review from 2 years ago and you can read it.Empty promises and that's all.We will send you a card to make you happy.Well.that never arrived and I don't need itIt's not about money at all.Defintly can improve!I have 0 complains on food.Great food but service is bad.Always something missing and when u point it they get upset like its my fault.First was missing whole meal and catch that one at store but I didn't catch missing tartar sauce.When I drove 4 miles back for tartar sauce they give me attitude.Seriously!When I messed up I make sure that I fix my mistake right away with pleasure.I don't ignore somebody fir 10 min at counter and then give him attitude!Again I gave 2 starts for food 0 for service!
