Cutlers is honestly one of if not the best sandwich shops in Bountiful. The sandwiches are fantastic, the cookies magnificent, and the service excellent. I have been coming here for about 20 years and it has only gotten better each year. Joe and Liz are fantastic as always!
Food and cookies are the best. I don't live anywhere near Bountiful but every time I drive through I always stop for a great sandwich and an awesome cookie.

Got a half spicy pastrami on ciabatta and a half tuna on ciabatta, one of the better deli sandwiches I get. Topped it off with the brownie mint
Food is great, but there is lack of customer service. The staff if apathetic and unable to problem solve. I think their food is fabulous but the service makes it not worth going.

Love Love Love Cutler Cookies!!!! It’s a Valentine’s tradition to give my family and grandkids the glazed heart sugar cookies. They look forward to it every year. They are delicious!! ??
Fantastic environment, great food, wonderful cookies. Joe and Jennah have worked really hard to transform cutlers into a fast, quality, and careful restaurant. It was always operated well, but lately, the staff have taken it upon themselves to do everything they can do transform the atmosphere of their customers and their workers alike.

I stopped by this afternoon to pick up a few sandwiches. Another customer was ordering cookies and promptly received her order. No one was in the drive-through and no one else was in the lobby. We waited for 20 minutes for these sandwiches, while we watched 4 of your staff stand around talking and one girl was eating where our food was being prepared. I own a family run restaurant, so understand that staff is not supposed to eat until the customers receive their order. Additionally, staff are not supposed not to be eating in food preparation areas. This was extremely disappointing service. No one apologized for the length of time either. Do better and hire staff who aren’t lazy and have a work ethic.
