Can’t you guys add one sugar free syrup to your drink menu? It’s my favorite breakfast spot but my husband can’t drink the sugary coffee. The parking lot is very small!

I came in this morning and got a dozen and a half dozen and both the employees helping me were not friendly whatsoever. In fact the cashier literally was yelling in my face and disrespectful, I didn’t appreciate it at all. Hopefully they work on that! Very terrible customer service.

They are ALWAYS so NICE here. And there Turkey sandwiches are the freaking best!!!They where fast and sweet. I just they would have asked me if I wanted it toasted but thats not a big deal at all!. Thanks B-Town Einsteins!! Yoj and your team need a freaking rase. you where sooooo fast!!I came in around 1115 Am. So who ever worked today at that time. GIVE THEM ALL A RASE. SUCH Exceptional Service!! Thanks Guys!!

Fast friendly service in and out in less than ten minutes, this was around 7am.
A nice place for bagels, although it can be a bit cramped and parking can be a bit difficult at times (thus, the 3 rating for atmosphere) . Friendly and accommodating staff and tasty cream cheese though.

Had half the order missing, but were able to charge us for the full order. Was still incomplete after we went back to get the rest.

Came in and a rude guy took the order, big tall guy with black hair who was acting short rude and put off that I ordered 2 bagels plain. We checked out and it then waited 15 min as everyone in line behind us got their orders and left. We went up to the counter and after another 6min I got someone’s attention to ask about our order that seemed to have been complete forgotten. The other two woman that help us were nice but that guy was rude, unprofessional and gave us a very bad experience.
