The wait was short in a Thursday at 7:30 pm.Parking: Parking is okay unless it’s the weekend. I stopped in about 11:20 today, there was only one car in the parking lot. I wanted to order takeout for a friend that just got out of the hospital. Wanted two combinations both with shrimp, I ask if they would do 3 shrimp in one container, 2 tacos in the other container and then the last container the 3 enchiladas. The manager advised me that's not how she runs her restaurant and on a busy friday she wouldn't be able to do that. It was Monday at 11:20.. The reason I was requesting it this way was because I didn't want the food to be soggy when I delivered the food. The drive to salt lake to Red iguana was well worth it and my friend was grateful. I'm sure Artoosh would not be happy with the way I was treated or how his restaurant is being ran. Never again ever..
