My dear friend taught me how to enjoy sushi: with soy paper. It made all the difference. We got a Wendover roll, a king Kong roll and chicken drunken noodles. Plus spicy edamame. Heavenly. $60 with tip.

My favorite sushi restaurant! I love the dinero roll and the kamikaze roll and you can’t go wrong with any of the appetizers! Their spicy edamame is to die for! They also have really good pho for days when I am not feeling sushi. My son loves the kids meals and my husband loves the Korean short rib bento box and the salmon nigiri.
I went to fat fish for lunch to order their delicious Pho aka chicken noodle soup. I been here a few times and had no issues before. Friday was an issue, the pho was more broth than noodles and meat. I asked for double meat and the portion was smaller than normal. I asked the waitess what happen, she said their portion sizes recently changed, but the food prices on the menu are still the same. Then the manager came up to me asked me whats wrong i told him about my order. He then left came back and 10min later brought back a bowl of chicken. By that time i was alredy done with my lunch, it was basically broth. What manager doesn't communicate and let you know what he was going to do. He wanted to dump the chicken in my broth bowl. I told him i dont want it and explained i have nothing but broth now why would i eat chicken and broth. Very odd experience and do not recommend this place for pho. There are tons of other places out there to geab a big bowl if pho for the same or even better price. Do not waste your time here. Bad experience, bad service from manager and overpriced.The sushi is ok but again smaller portions and bad customer service. The staff is not as attentive with service. Maybe a bit more training from the manager with his/her team on treating their customers wirh kindness regardless of the situation. You never know what that person is going through at that time.Again try somewhere else!!

This place leveled up my sushi game. Two weeks after visiting, I found myself about to buy some sushi from Costco like I've done many times.... But when I looked at that sushi, I had flashbacks to fat fish and couldn't do it. Seriously, best sushi you'll have, and spicy edamame was fire!!!

Incredible food, reasonable prices. The front hostess staff keeps that place running and organized. They're incredible. The servers try to be very attentive, but when it's busy, they're clearly stretched. Just go here. You'll be glad you did.
