I really like Fiiz; it's my favorite of the specialty soda shops here. But I honestly do not know what is going on with the Bountiful location. On top of the world's worst drive-thru (like structurally; the parking lot is messed up), any time I have a bad experience (especially with customer service) at Fiiz, it's this location. Every time.Today I stopped by to get a drink and a snack; I have to take medication at 4, and I have to take it with food, and today I decided to treat myself. Ordered a soda from the menu, requested cream be added, and then ordered a sugar cookie. The woman at the window repeated all this back to me as she entered it in. She charged me, and we pulled forward to wait for my drink. I thought it didn't sound like enough money for what I had ordered, but they were busy and had us pulled forward, so I didn't get a chance to ask about it until they delivered my drink. Just a drink. With no cream. I asked about the sugar cookie, and was informed they didn't have any. "Did [the girl at the window] not tell you that?" the Fiiz employee asked. No, she did not. I asked about the cream. Could I please have it added to my drink? She looked at me like I had brain damage. "We can make you a new drink with cream and charge you for it," she said. I wasn't super jazzed to pay for a whole new drink, and she got angry and haughty and said, "Well, I wasn't the one on the iPad!" I didn't say you were? I just wanted you to help me find a solution to the problem? I didn't think all the critical thinking was stored in the iPad; my bad.I checked the menu after I left with my wrong soda and no cookie (I'll have to go somewhere else to get something else to eat before I can take my medicine), and cream costs 59¢. I would have paid for it, but I shouldn't have to pay for a whole extra soda on top of it, and since you made two mistakes on my order, it feels like 59¢ is maybe reasonable to write off, as a business, to try to fix at least one of those mistakes. I don't know.

I don't know.. but I wasn't a big fan of the drink with cream in it. The food was okay but the nacho cheese wasn't great maybe cause they had just changed it. But might someone else cup of tea.
Lime and Lemons are not the same thing. I asked for lime in one drink and lemon in the other and got lemon in both. I guess when life gives you lemons.... Also the popcorn is very bland and needs some flavor other than cardboard butter. Great people though, I enjoy the smiles and the fact that they are fast to serve.

Unbelievably slow. 40 minute drive thru line, and the line wasn’t even long (maybe 5 cars). If you have an afternoon to spend in line, this is your place.

There’s a chocolate drink that is really good and that theres a shark drink that’s kinda like sprite with two shark gummies at the bottom of it. They’re really really good me this is a really good drink place. -My 6 year old (wanted to leave a review for her favorite place)

Cute on the inside. We have always had great service here. The staff is mostly made up of younger teens, but they are very polite and always willing to give suggestions.My only issue is that the drive thru is a very tight squeeze and a little tricky to manage, but I think all of the Utah soda shops are like that.
