We called in a delivery order and the person taking the order didn’t seem to understand how to take an order and write down directions. When we still had not received the order after an hour of waiting, we called to find out when it would be delivered, the Manager got very impatient and kept cutting us off saying how crazy busy they were with orders. He kept saying give us another twenty minutes. When we tried to get him to stop interrupting us, he accused us of harassing him by speaking loudly to try to get him to stop and listen. What a nightmare. If you order from here, be aware that their “freaky fast delivery” might take over an hour, and hopefully the food isn’t spoiled by the time it does get delivered.

This place is ridiculous! I got an order in person and they forgot my brownie. I went back and they told me I could have another for the inconvenience then tried to charge me for it. They were all confused and then said they couldn't do it. They seemed so clueless. The next time I ordered delivery and I just wanted to laugh at the freaky fast slogan. I waited over an hour for it to move to delivery. I called asking if they got my order and they said it just went out and they had too many deliveries. I wasn't sure how they knew if my order went out because they didn't ask about it. Then it took another 45 minutes for it to get delivered. Almost 2 hours waiting for food that if I had known I would have just went and picked it up myself. However, they don't even give an estimate when you order probably because they are supposed to be "freaky fast". If they really can't keep up with demand then they should give a heads up in their app on a delivery time-frame. I really don't think demand is the problem though. Every time I've been to this specific location these young kids always seem clueless and slow.

The employee was throwing things around and slamming the table and he was so upset With customers coming in.. he even startled me like he was going to do something and I come to this jimmy johns often worst experience
