Fantastic location, excellent service. It was really busy but we got our food fast, and it was well prepared and delicious. The employees are respectful and seems like they're working hard. Good environment, great food, lasting memories.
The service is very slow. It was ordered on line at 6:33 and 6:35 and my order took about 45-50 min to get my food. Total unacceptable! The app said it would be ready in about 25-30 min. Most likely staffing issues! Or incompetence.☹️☹️

I stop into the Bountiful KFC at least once a week, and I love the food, and the wonderful people that work there. Vikap is especially nice, and calls me by name every time that I see her. She goes above and beyond the call of duty to make our visit enjoyable.
