They took away the beef on the menu. As with many businesses, as they expand locations their quality drops, and the reason they were successful is taken away and customers stop showing up. It was good until they took away the ribs awhile ago and now the teriyaki beef taken off the menu is reason not to go back.Their customer service is 5/5 stars and the food is delicious.
