Hate giving bad reviews but I went to buy a supplement and the employee wouldn’t even give me the time of day because he was busy playing a game on his phone. After multiple questions he finally came around the counter to help while still playing the game right in front of me and not looking at me. Sorry to the business owner for the bad review. Based on the other reviews you should work on customer service with employees. Gave an extra star for a good selection.

I have really enjoyed this Protein shop. The staff is always very nice to me and helps me out if I have any questions. It has been a really great protein shop for me and has had my business for as long as I have been at Vasa until now. Recently I have been trying to buy products before they close at 9. I went to the shop 5 minutes before 9, and they turned down my business. I did not even want a shake, all I wanted was to buy a supplement. The employee told me that he had shut down the system and that it takes approximately 5 minutes to reboot. Because of this incident, I will be taking my business else where. I think it is very unprofessional to turn customers away when you shop is still open for 5 more minutes.

They always seem to be in good supply and fairly priced, and the staff is always friendly, but Max Health & Nutrition never opens on time. It's very unprofessional when it's routinely being opened for business 15-30 minutes late. It's location in the gym is hardly a convenience if you're working out in the morning and it doesn't open on time. It would be great to see this discrepancy fixed so I can bring back my business.
