I ordered delivery on the app. I was located in NSL at my terminal. The order showed completed at 1:32. I was informed that the delivery time was 2:11. It arrived at 1:48. Hot, fresh and very good. Great service. I will definitely order from this store again when in the area.

This place has AWFUL food. I ordered to go for my family and we will never be eating there again. They gave us the wrong food, and the food was cold not even luke warm. I opened the mushroom chicken and there was no chicken in the whole container. I went back and she was spooning through the bowl and realized there was no chicken or even mushrooms in there either. While I was there I asked to exchange my rice for chow mein since they had made a mistake and gave me the wrong food, the chow mein was super oily and was 90% cabbage. A positive from our experience was the dessert apple rolls we got. For $50 I could have gotten food from The Mandarin which is what we will be doing going forward.

The food is really pretty good! They have a lot of options to choose from. The bowls are pretty big. There can be long waits at certain times of the day. The staff is friendly. And there’s quite a bit of seating inside.Parking: Depending on the time of day it can be difficult to find parking in the back of the building. Sometimes you have to park by other businesses or over by crumble or cold stone.
Google reviews says they open at 9:30 so I come to this location and they are closed. They don't open till 10:00 And it even says the business updated their hours 3 weeks
The manager of the 3:46pm shift is very rude to her coworkers. I witnessed how he treated a person who was new in a very bad way and when I entered I saw a girl mopping the floor with a towel and her hands. Very bad management by the manager, she is very rude.

I don’t know what it is about this location but it’s literally the BEST. I am pregnant and this is my go to. I ALWAYS get the orange chicken and it’s literally the best ONLY AT THIS LOCATION. Like any other location, always get morning sickness (we figured out it’s because the other stores don’t have it perfectly seasoned and spicy NOT because of food poisoning lol) from any other stores, but not this one. There are times when I get my morning sickness and my fiancé will DoorDash him and I some orange chicken or pick it up, and I feel so so much better after eating Bountiful’s orange chicken. It’s so crispy, but soft on the inside, perfectly seasoned and so so good ? definitely a favorite craving and I will continue to come here weekly or if my fiancé allows, daily ?
