I tried to order on the app. However, the app is trash. Spend over half an hour trying to order 2 pizzas. I decided to just call in the order, and when I went to pick it up, they refused to honor the discount code I received from their text message. The manager told me it is for online orders. I explained the issue and he told me me no body else had the problem so I must be lying. The 500 s store in Bountiful is a joke. Seems like the app needs to be overhauled.

Great food, got the chicken and ranch pizza and a salad. The salad was monstrous and that was first time I had ranch on a pizza and it was so delicious!! They were very nice and professional as well.

Halloween Day (3:00pm), store was not prepared for the promo on Jack O Lantern.Pizzas. Employees were confused on what to make, call in order receipts scattered on the table, some without names and or phone numbers. I counted 10 people in line that had called in and paid for orders that were not made. My order was for a XL pepperoni and 2 monkey breads (1 garlic/1 cinnamon). I was told they were out of garlic, they would give me another cinnamon and a large pizza or I can wait in another line for what I ordered 90 minutes prior, REALLY! I understand labor is a problem, but training seemed to have fallen short and order processing was nonexistent.

Good food and service. I informed the cashier three times that I could not hear what he was saying. He continued to speak in a low tone.The Hawaiian pizza seemed to not have enough pineapple. It did taste good. Normally it seems the Hawaiian has more pineapple than the one today. Maybe it's just the way the Centerville shop makes their Hawaiian pizza. The crust was real good. The pizza was made pretty quick while we waited. Good quality food.

I tried to customize my first order and they didn't get it right the first time. However, I called and they immediately offered me a free replacement pizza to make it right. Their pizza is delicious! Special thanks to Michael for being so friendly and kind.

Just really disappointed in how unwilling people are nowadays to just remake food. I ordered my stuff at around 2pm and scheduled the pickup time for 5:30pm. When I got there to pick it up, everything was room temperature like it had been sitting there since I placed my order. I called when I got home to see if they’d remake it so that I’m not risking my children getting sick by feeding them food that’s gone bad. The first person to answer the phone had a straight up attitude with me when all I asked was for them to remake it. Didn’t even ask for a refund! They fought with me tooth and nail just to not remake something that was so simple! It doesn’t come out of their paycheck so idk why they aren’t willing to remake something. I’ve worked in fast food before, it’s truly not that hard to just please your customers. Especially when it comes to food temp. So now I get to waste money and food. I get that sometimes customers aren’t always right, but food temp is one thing I would never second guess a customers concern about. Please teach your employees to have more concern for things like this! This is exactly how people get food poisoning.

The guy was making my pizza and the manager was literally yelling at him for adding too much cheese, then adding too many toppings so she started removing toppings from the piza the guy was making for me and other guestsDo they get a bonus for saving on toppings? For reals she was removing cheese from the next guys pizza after the employee already had it made.HUGE issue...she was handling so many things at once, touching this and that and didn't switch gloves so in my opinion, that was a bad call
