This location is becoming pushy with asking for tips for carry-out orders. I declined to tip in the app when I paid with Apple Pay. When I arrived to pick up the pizza, they printed out another receipt with a tip line for me to fill out and sign. This seems to be a new thing at this location, since I've ordered here before without that happening. This new culture of requesting tips for carry out food is getting out of control.The pizza was good.

When I walk in to place an order. Employees are there in back. When they notice you they stay in back. I get the feeling they would rather I left, then to take an order. Pizza is great, once I get helped employees are polite.

They pick up and hang up! They refuse to answer the phone when they don’t deliver what was ordered! You order almost $30 and get one order of breadsticks, and they pick up and hang up fourteen times. Never again! Do not, I repeat DO NOT order from this location!!!

The last 2 times I have ordered I have received the wrong pizza. When I call to try and straighten it out I get zero response. But if I call to get a new pizza there are plenty of people to take the call. I go down to the physical store and am told “sorry we are busy”. Zero credit for being given the wrong pizza. Amazing customer service.

I have tried to order here multiple times. Pick up and delivery and I have been super disappointed everytime. Burnt food. Waiting a hour for Missing items. Just bad quality and service all around. I wanted to like classic pizza hut. But not here.

Just tried the meat lovers pizza melt minus three of the 6 meats and add mushrooms and olives. It was so very delicious! Thank you Bountiful Pizza Hut!! They also made my son's Alfredo pasta to perfection!
