We got two breakfast sandwiches, glazed donut holes, and two lattes and were impressed with the quality and value at Sips. Definitely going to become a regular stop on the way to Snowbasin. The staff was incredibly friendly as well.
Best chai ever. Period. Been coming here since they first opened their very first little stand in front of the old K-Mart that is now Smith's. Every single time I'm in town visiting the family this is one of my first stops. There's not another place out there that I've found that does fresh house made chai like they do. The goodies are delicious too!

The staff are always wonderful and kind, but Sips has switched to using the cheapest sytrofoam cups possible, and I have had the entire bottom of my drink fall through and it gets everywhere. Please purchase better cups!

I bought the advertised feature coffee ‘Peppermint Mocha’When I received my $8 coffee + tip, the coffee was Luke warm and when I remembered the coffee was supposed to taste like peppermint I realized it freaking doesn’t!!!Never again!!!

I didn't see the hype at all. I was excited at the description of the Firebolt, but it tasted like the punch they gave you at Girls Scouts back in the 80's... And it was $7. The service was outstanding, bubbly personalities and great customer service. They just missed the mark on this janky koolaid that I'm probably going to put a packet of crystal light in to help it out, cause you wouldn't even put liquor in this... It would waste the liquor.

I'm surprised reading all the reviews! I love this place. It has brought me much happiness as a mom of young kids I will treat myself to a morning round and a vanilla latte and it always makes my day better. The breakfast sandwich tastes better than McDonald's egg McMuffin and the latte has always been on point.
