I'm not looking to get anyone in trouble, so I'm not going to say when I went in, but I want to provide feedback in the hopes that coaching can be provided. There were two customers standing at the register merrily chatting with the barista. The people waiting in line in front me left without ordering. Bountiful Starbucks is always a hit or miss so I love having this one as an alternative. It is located inside the Smiths but is worth going in if you like your drink made correctly. My only complaint is not being able to tip the sweetest, stylish, most knowledgeable barista, Sabena! Thanks for making my day & perfecting my “boujee” coffees girl! ;)
