I think subway has gone down in quality. Food is decent but doesn’t seem as good as it used to be.

It’s subway. If you don’t like your sandwich maybe work on your communication skills. I frequent this subway often. It’s clean. The kids that work there seem happy (sign off a good manager). They make a mean sandwich. If you ask some of them for their favorite, you’ll get a surprise! Turns out the best sandwiches are not on the menu!

I have not been to subway for a long time. We went for the bogo promotion. It seems like the same old Subway shop with a few extra sandwiches.Service was good. They were fast and helpful.

Good sandwich at a fairly high price.... I'm cheap...let's face it. But it's fresh and you can't beat fresh from Subway. They make in their way..Subway way.. Way good.. Kids Sandwiches are decent price.. You could get a Kids San for cheap!!

Walked into this Subway for the first time (go to others all over Utah frequently) The gal with the long braided ponytail was wiping the prep area in front of me, not a word was said to me like be with you in a minute or Hi.As soon as the young gentleman walked out from the back she finally greeted me without even looking up then proceeded to tell him to put on some gloves and make my sub. Since they have all these new monster sandwiches I asked the guy what was the difference with the new #16 chicken teriyaki and the old regular one? He couldn't answer called her over without skipping a beat still twirling her cleaning rag around she said "ones chicken and the other is steak" and ran off into the back. So I told him that didn't answer my question so I'll just have a regular chicken teriyaki. He started mumbling and looking around and said "sorry this is my first day. He went to get the gal so I said no thank you she didn't have time for me before so I'll just go somewhere else. Instead of getting mad and upset I just turned and walked out. As I lookup after starting my car I see Misses wonderful waving goodbye to me. Class act I hope your not the manager! If this is how you treat your customers you will keep losing them. I'm in Bountiful alot! Will never step inside this Subway location again.

Worst Subway around, terrible service. Bread is so hard. They had to remake my sandwich and it was still disgusting. I had to wrapy own sandwich because they were incapable and only children around no manager of any kind. Since when do high schoolers run a Saturday dinner shift? I definitely wouldn't recommend.
