Weekend crew allowing food temperature ?️ to be a ? sickness problem and stomach flu. Also problem Safelight auto Glass is blocking off an exit to get out. Fire Marshal needs to investigate and fine given or towing enforcement and a health investigation needs to be made to make sure employees are trained about using gloves and face shields when sick ? and properly washing hands after using bathroom and preparing food. And checking food temperature ?️ and time to change food out as well. Recommend moving location to another Bountiful location and remodeling to be like brand new kaysville locations and have same awesome ?❤️ look as Kaysvilles. I'm disappointed because this location was totally awesome when I was a kid going to woods cross . Please bring it back awesome ? again thanks Sincerely ? king ? and number one inspector. ?. Please improve to be a five ⭐ again thanks.

terrible experience. The person at the counter today provides horrible service, and is very rude. I was happy because the previous nights I didn't see it, I thought they had changed it but the nightmare started again today when they provided the service (if you can call it that) horrible unlike other places, too bad that only one employee gives it the reputation of an establishment.

Ordered a crunchwrap supreme hoping it would be bomb, and their was literally a paper thin layer of beef, lots of parts had no beef at all, if I were to scoop it all off it probably would've been less than a tablespoon. Safe to say that's my last time going there.

Whoever is in charge of the drive-through should be given a lesson on customer service. I just left because they couldn’t manage to talk to me in a kind way and spoke to me like I was an idiot the menu had changed so I asked if they still had a certain item and he told me we haven’t had those in years and I said well I was in here last week and I bought some, and then he proceeded to talk down to me as though I am mentally unaware of what I ordered last week from that very Taco Bell location so if you own this particular restaurant you should consider someone else for your drive-through. Maybe someone who can talk to people with politeness and tell them I’ll drive to Centeeville to get my Taco Bell.

We come here all the time, to the employee named “Nick” that takes orders at the drive thru please work on your customer service! I swear the only words you know are “What else?” and “What else?” We don’t feel wanted as customers and you’re very negative, it’s never a good experience just because of your attitude!!

I have been to this location three times in last week and half and I ordered the same thing every time the 5 dollar chalupa box I do make one change to it and every single time I go in the screw it up. It’s not hard Oder just add sour cream and tomato but nope we cannot seem to get this right.The order I got today was horrible the chalupa shells were so hard you couldn’t even bite into them and again they managed to mess up the tacos and on my husband’s order well that was a complete mess.Kept trying to call for hour and cannot get thru phone but keeps saying user busy so I cannot even get ahold of someone without driving all the way back. This is unexceptionable I realize 15 is not to much to spend on food but it’s still money and it would be nice to have items correct.Hopefully you won’t experience this non of this when you go. This will be my last visit as three stiles I’m totally done with you guys.
