I have been really disappointed with Arby's the last couple times I've ever eaten there. Their food tastes like it's been left in the freezer for a year before they took it out to prepare it. The quantities have shrunk the quality has gone way downhill both in the food and the service.
The food at Arby’s is okay. I typically get their roast beef sandwiches at r their French dips with au jus sauce. The French dip and au jus sauce are good but the Swiss cheese is pretty greasy and artificial tasting. Their curly fries are probably the best thing on the menu, those are delicious. The person taking our order Dallin was so amazing! They cooked our fries fresh for us and he offered us water while we waited. He was so kind and really took care of us the whole time we were there! Fantastic customer service!
