The thing that really blew me away about this place was their customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure that my family and I were treated well and had a great experience. Very impressed

Good food, good prices.

I had a chicken quesadilla that was cooked and served to me by a really nice woman whose name is Lori. Best chicken quesadilla ever. It was huge and I could only eat half of it and I was stuffed. Great service. You won't find a better place to eat at n Cedar

Quality Burger. I tried one with "bacon jam" and it redefined what a tasty burger was for me. Good job chef!!

Average food for an average price. I got the bacon mama jama but they were out of bacon jam and just put bacon on it. It was not bad or anything but also nothing stood out as great about it.

In many restaurants, I would order a hamburger with a little bit of mustard and I would get hamburger smothered with mustard. That is how you would know that they are ashamed of their beef, that they tried to hide it.

The Bistro located in the Clarion Inn & Suites in Cedar City, Utah, is truly a little gem. You would never imagine that it would serve such outstanding food. Tawnee both waited on us and prepared our meal and it was the BEST meal we had all week, while on vacation in Colorado. The hotel may look average on the outside but the staff and accommodations are superior. We had our grandkids with us and Tawnee made our meals exactly as we all asked... Each personalized to our ta

After seeing their Facebook page I imagined something different. I imagined a quality restaurant with excellent food. What we got was a hotel lobby with the front desk clerk doubling as the waitress and cook, until a second waitress/cook arrived. It was obvious the hotel owner looked at the lobby and wondered how to make money from it. As we ate we were able to watch guests check in less than 15' away. The service was acceptable and the food was edible. After reading the reviews I expected a burger above all burgers. What I got was a very nice pretzel bun with fresh lettuce, tomato and onion get ruined by a frozen patty, and I am guessing the patty came from Costco. We also had fries and onion rings. The fries were tasty and deep fried but the onion rings were burnt and hard and seemed to have been cooked in the toaster oven. Had they been deep fried they would have been much better. Our other dish was the egg roll platter. Again, it was ok but nothing to write home about. It had too much meat and not enough vegetables, the balance was way off. Overall I would pass on this restaurant, the setting is uncomfortable and the food is so so. If I stayed there as a guest and did not feel like driving to get something to eat this would suffice but if you are looking for a nice lunch or dinner, keep looking.

The first indication that this is not a real restaurant is that the front desk clerk, a very nice woman, was also our server AND our cook. We ordered the burgers with fries and onion rings, a beer and a glass of wine. The beer menu had several options, but nothing other than cheap american beer was available. The wine was completely soured and choosing a second option was a bit of a hassle as they had nothing listed on the menu. When the food arrived, it looked like it had been microwaved. It tasted like it as well. We ended up eating about half of our meal despite being rather hungry. They have no deep fryer and my guess is they use a combination toaster oven/microwave to "cook" the food. Bottom line is that this place is not a real restaurant and they shouldn't try to market it as one.

Walked in with the intention of eating. After standing around for 5 minutes looking at an empty room, we left.

Absolutely disgusting. We sat down and we're rushed to order our food, then it took an HOUR to get our burgers. We were the only people in the restaurant. One had a hair in it and the rest of them were ice cold. The waitress was handing the wrong food to people and kept telling us to mix up plates. The milk in the breakfast bar was sitting out at 3 in the afternoon and was room temp when I touched it. I can't believe this place is still in business and that they haven't been hit by food inspection.

We ended up here on Thanksgiving Day. It was the only nearby restaurant that was opened. Service was quick and friendly. We ordered some drinks and food. All which was good. Glad we found this place. Not sure what their every day hours are but that day they were opened till 10pm. FYI they are inside the Clarion Hotel.

It wasn't bad for a hotel eatery. Service was good. Ordered the chicken fingers, a tad bit dry. My wife (vegetarian), ordered the quesadilla but asked them to hold the chicken, they were very accommodating, however they compensated by adding more cheese, which was a mistake, adding more cheese does not make a dish better. They do have a wine and beer selection, but paying $6 for a 12oz bottle of beer is just sooo wrong.

Didnt have a meal. Just snacjs so we could have a drink in the hotel. Went to the hotel bar specifically because the menu said full bar. It isnt. Just beer and wine. Wasnt until 3 of us had ordered beer and wine and the 4th tried to order a mixed drink that we were told they didnt have one. Bar snacks were ok. Staff were friendly
