Usually they do fine. Today I asked for 3 breakfast sandwiches. They said they only had 1, but would I like 2 of croissant instead. I asked “will the cost be the same” and he said yes. I get to the window and it’s $10+ when it was supposed to be $4 something. When confronted He said he told me it wouldn’t cost the same. Uhh not true.

just left Burger King in Cedar City. Yes, it was about 7:30 pm, but I still expected to get fresh food. Not so, tastes like 3 hr old food. Mozzarella sticks were definitely old, cheese not melted and the breading was thick and hardcold fries. Burgers okay, so if you like flame broiled get your burgers there and go across the street to Wendy's for everything else.

We got food poisoning. Hamburger was lukewarm and onion rings were rubber. Like sitting under warmer for hours. In less than 1.5 weeks started feeling it

So fun for kid friendly workers tanks for extra jalapeños.
The employees at this restaurant have no hustle. I watched to employees making one milkshake. One was just standing there chatting with the one actually working while they had people waiting at the counter. Does Burger King pay their employees to have personal conversations instead of helping their customers. Especially at busy times, this team needs to prioritize and hustle. If they could master those qualities it would improve everything monumentally.

The mensroom hasn't been cleaned in I don't know how long, several months at least. The floor is sticky beyond reason, there is piss on the floor thats been there for weeks, the wall under the soap dispenser has probably never been washed. The point is, if they are okay with this mess where customers have to see it and deal with it, what are they doing behind the counter where customers can't see? I won't ever eat at this location, it's no wonder the wendy's across the street always has 4 times as much traffic.

Food could be bomb if they didn’t serve old food. My mom got food poisoning after eating from here the other day and she is still sick. I will not be eating here again it’s not worth it can’t even eat it all cause it’s old food. The blonde haired manager is always onery.
Man that was a large Whopper! The meat went all the way to the edges of the bun. It was properly seasoned and dressed with the usual fixings and was perfect. It was just the standard/original Whopper I ordered and only $5.03 total for a filling meal. Glad I didn't order it as a meal with drink and fries as that would have been too much. Only drawback was time spent in drive through was about 6-7 minutes from ordering to getting the sandwich (there was only 1 car in front of me) but I wasn't in a hurry. Now I know it was well worth it.

I love this burger King! They are always great. Their employees make an effort to be nice and to make your experience awesome, even if it's just thru the drive thru. I've only ever once had a bad experience there, with my chicken patty looking, feeling and tasting like it had been sitting there all day, but when I went in and let them know, they immediately made me a new sandwich, they apologized, and then they gave me a few large drink to make up for it. I really appreciated the effort they made to fix the problem.Also, I go get hash browns at least 2 times a week, and every time I do, they're always fresh. Thank you!

I rarely go to Burger King cause their food sucks so bad. But on top of it I am an Uber driver and a doordasher. Countless nights there’s been the same girl and guy there. When the guy leaves they claimed their closed an hour early. I’ve seen the same girl with blonde short hair outside for the last hour they are supposed to be open and she tells me they are closed when there not. When she’s not there they are open tell closing time. It’s not only damaging to burger kings profit but my own and Uber and doordashes. It’s pathetic she’s so lazy she can’t do what she gets paid for for the last hour of her shift.Ps. Why you take jalepino poppers away man it was the highlight of Burger King.
