Taking a break from Chili's. I don't know if it's someone new, they stopped caring, or whatever but I am starting to think that they don't care about online orders. I work near the Chili's, and order online because it's convenient. Last time ordered two bacon rancher burgers, neither had bacon and one had only one of two patties. This time, ordered a medium rare avacodo steak, and a double old timer with cheese. The cheese is literally brown close to black, and the steak well done, no avocado. I did go back with the two Ranch burgers and they fixed it immediately. I do appreciate it, but it's becoming a theme. Not worth 50$ Either lower price, or have better quality. I shouldn't have to return every time to get what I ordered.

Waitress was terrific. Food was delivered hot and not on top of appetizers.Parking: Plenty of parking for handicap and non- handicap. Can get crowded but usually have no problem.
Cedar City Chili's is consistently amazing! Food and Service always top notch. Definitely our favorite place to eat when we visit Cedar City!

I LOVE this chilis! The best one I’ve ever been to. The service is always amazing & the food is always fresh. My servers make sure that my drinks are refilled before I even finish the one I have. In today’s economy, it’s fairly priced too for the portion sizes too. Highly recommend!

This restaurant stinks. I came in like anybody would to get something to eat, I was ignored by the waitress, while the men who were seated the same time I was were served promptly, they ate and enjoyed themselves, and left while I was still waiting, I asked the waitress about my food, she says there was a glitch in the system and they ran my order thru, then when I received my food , it was full of spicy things that I stipulated that I can’t eat. By this time I’m giving up and I walked out and I called the manager to complain, he couldn’t care less and hung up on me.This is what Chilis thinks of and treat’s their customers with.No thanks, I’ll go to AppleBees.

The manager or bar manager (tattoo around right arm) whatever his title is was ridiculously unprofessional and un inviting.Sat down for dinner/drinks with my colleague and the bartender was busy for ~5 minutes and he leaned on the bar talking with one person (not working/work convo) , wouldn’t hand us menus or even acknowledge we were here or even a “welcome in” Acted extremely smug with a god complex. We are not local, and were dressed cleanly in work attire.I feel sorry for those who work under him as he seemed to have a better then the world complex.Our bartender was 100/100 for service.In town for work for a few months and the per diem will be spent elsewhere.

To be honest, I worked 30 long hours non-stop and got to chilis at 11:30pm. The chairs were put up, and it seemed like a burden we walked in 30 min before closing. All servers seemed like we killed their dog so I asked if we could move to the bar. Planned on getting one beer with my dinner. Bartender didn’t even acknowledge we sat down. Didn’t say one word to us until we left the building. Was too busy talking to his coworkers. Even had my ID out the entire time in front along with my buddy who also worked those hours with me. I still tipped over 10% when I shouldn’t have tipped any. Sucks service was so terrible, feel pretty disrespected. Just wanted my first warm meal after that many hours that I wasn’t able to enjoy.

We're not big, on big corporate chains. We usually avoid them. Most Chili's are fairly consistent at having decent food and service though. This one is one of the best. Stacia (not sure if I spelled that right) is an awesome bartender. Even when she's super busy, she's really great at making sure you have what you need and checking back with you. The food is decent as well. We haven't had a bad experience yet!

After purchasing our new home, I took myself and kids out for a celebration dinner. My kids ordered their favorites. We also ordered chips and I ordered a Margarita. The chips were fine and the drink was better than I expected. The kids food came quickly. My steak did not come out at the same time. Our server came by to check on the kids and I mentioned that they would be done before my dinner arrived. Sure enough, the kids finished and I continued to wait. At this point our table was avoided. It took me glaring at our server before he would come over. They never did serve me my dinner. They never offered to make someothing else. They did, however, "comp" my dinner before asking me to pay for everything else. How nice of them. They "comped" the dinner that I never received. I will say that I was offered $20 in gift cards which I didn't bother to take. I seriously doubt that I'll go back. The poor service and lack of a meal ruined what should have been a joyous occation.If you decide to eat here, beware.
