Food here is the best, but I was literally on hold for 30 minutes trying to make an order online and no one answered the phone. Hung up called again, no answer, hung up and called again and still no answer. Fix it please ??

It was basically like another version of mo’ bettahs. Customer service was fantastic. We had the teriyaki chicken. It was really besides the fact that it was a little dry. We asked for an extra side of sauce and that did the trick!

The Hawaiian food is very good. The other options are acceptable.It's slow and overpriced though. Expect a minimum of a 10 minute wait when you order.

We stopped for lunch, it was good. Nothing I would go out of my way for , like Aloha in the California in Las Vegas, but it was good. Friendly, prompt service and they had everything we wanted on the menu, unlike many previous reviews I read.

I ordered Garlic Fried chicken the ribs and teriyaki steak. The door dash person called me and informed me that they didn’t have what I ordered and was just going to send me whatever they wanted to ? unacceptably!!! YOU DO NOT SEND SOMEONE WHATEVER YOU WANT TO IF YOUR OUT OF AN ITEM!!! To top things off when I called The manager didn’t bother putting me on hold while she talk smack about me to the other people in the background customers or employees I don’t know? this is certainly not how you treat your customers I will be sharing this on Facebook TripAdvisor and Snapchat as well? I’m also requesting a phone call from the owner Don Crichton I would like for him to know how his customers are being treated by his manager?

The first 5 things I tried to order they were out of. I gave up and asked what they did have. Don't hand out a full menu if half of the items aren't available. When the food came I didn't get the water I ordered. I tried to ask the gal who dropped my off off about it but she just turned and walked away. And when I say dropped off she literally tossed the bag with the food on my table and said "here you go". I've never experienced service so poor. Which is unfortunate because the food is amazing. I likely would have gone back for dinner tomorrow also but not with that service.
Solid island food with reasonable portions. Id have liked to see more variety on the menu but I'll go back next time I'm visiting town.It took me back to the carry out spots on Guam.

Heard a lot about it, not impressed. Didn't get what I ordered. I had one order and was told it would be 15-20 min. Because they just got a big Carter order. Hard to believe they couldn't do both. I was the only one waiting in the dining area. Just disappointing.

I consider myself a loyal, bimonthly/weekly customer. I’ve recommended this store to all of my friends and family for the last few years. However, the management here has taken a steep dive, and I will not be returning unless some serious changes happen. Their soda machines don’t work, and they are constantly “out” of food choices even at peak hours of the day. Overall, I am very disappointed.
