We ordered online and it was super confusing we got there to pick our food up and we had to wait 45 mins the it got delayed again so we went home and went to pick it up another wait but we got the food we bring it home and opened it up the creaps where ether burnt or under cooked they said we would get berries and there was no berries we ordered the we ordered on others the other crepes that had berries and wipped cream it was just plain creaps we got a kids meal pancake was burnt nothing was on it the eggs where decent thoughWe got french toast wich had nothing on it and was cold and soggy and the hash browns tasted weird never... long story short never coming back

Waitress was ok she could have been better the food was beyond disgusting the food was cold like it came out the refrigerator the gravy was lumpy and powdery and disgusting the ranch for the salads was sour and tasted like it expired we didn't eat none of this nasty disgusting food except one bite we complained but was told we had to pay regardless this location of IHOP is not a good place to goto if you want hot good food goto burger King or American diner they'll treat you better and at least you get decent hot food

We came here after a long day of snowboarding and we had a very good experience especially because we had the best waitress. She was so kind and just so pleasant. She always had a smile on her face and was very cheerful. Her name was taylor she was very very sweet she definitely made our experience a 10/10. Waitress of the year! The food was fresh and amazing too.

When we first arrived there were 35 or so people. They obviously had staff problems. People were leaving rather than waiting. Then all of a sudden 3 more wait staff showed up, everyone left was seated, and we got our great meal very quickly. Wonderful waitress too..
Server seemed very annoyed that we were there. Not sure if she was having a bad day or what, but she didn't seem happy to have us there!
