Took wayyyyy to long to get our food. Ordered drive through (dining in wasn’t available) and it took over 30 minutes after ordering to have our food brought out to our car.

Went through the drive through tonight, ordered our food, was asked to pull around the front and wait. After sitting outside for about 20 minutes the lady walked out with some bags of food. She gave the couple cars ahead of us some bags and then came to check our receipt. She went back in the store and came out 4 more times, holding the same bag of food that wasn't ours to check our receipt. After waiting for 40 minutes, I went inside to get my money back, and the same girl checked my receipt to make sure the bag of food she was holding was ours, again. There was nobody in the store or in the drive through at this point and they still couldn't figure out how to give us the food we had paid for. The only got thing was that they did refund our money. And we went somewhere else.

Tried to order fish meal but it was out then asked for a non spicy chicken sandwich and they gave me one with spicy sauce on it, i ended up not being able to eat it.

One of the original best hard shell tacos go back to the 70
I was really excited to eat here on our way to Cali, it has been what 13 years since the last, such a disappointment. Stood at counter for a good 5 mins before being acknowledged, then after we were told be right with you, it was 5 more minutes! We should have left and went somewhere else, but again, we didn't. The staff did not appear to be organized. The young woman at the grill was the only one who was moving with a sense of urgency. The fries were cold, the burger meh. The lobby was not very clean, nor were the tables. I had to wipe ours down. We definitely will not stop here again. Maybe we will try another location, who knows.

Ordered a chicken sandwich and a bacon burger. Was a little bit expensive but the food was amazing tbh. Jack in the box must have stepped up its game. Or this location just makes great

This jack at the box in Cedar City Utah is one of the best I've been to. Good staff and very clean my group stopped for breakfast and it was done well. It was a random stop for us being on a long road trip but we will stop by again if travels bring use on this route in future.Parking: Easy to enter and leave parking lotWheelchair accessibility: Large well done ramp.
Did a mobile order to get a special deal and I thought that it would be faster. It was not. We waited for 14 minutes for a simple hamburger and fries. There was no one else in the lobby for most of that time. I had to ask an employee for help. They were more concerned about the drive thru than in store customers. Food was fine, service was horrible

Very little sauce on burger what looked like meat for child’s burger put no cheese on my kids burger. Very sad there quality has gone down this much.
