Most importantly, get the dirty rice. It’s amazing, filled with vegetables and cajun seasoning. We had the jambalaya and the shrimp feast. Both were fresh, tasty and cooked perfectly. Portions are large. The jambalaya is soupy, which was a new experience for us.

We loved eating here! The food was delicious and the portions were good. The service was great! I recommend the grilled salmon, the baked halibut, and the Ocean Trio (lobster, crab, and shrimp). The bread is house-made and tasty.

The service was great, the food was delicious!! I ordered the fish tacos and dirty rice. They brought a complementary apple pie for dessert, also very tasty and so kind. We will come back again when in town.

We had a fantastic experience at the Lighthouse a few months back. A cozy little place with delicious food. The waitress there was the most genuine and sweetest human being I have ever met. Seems to be family operated and staff is small so expect a bit of a wait, but the wait is totally worth it for the food. Plus our waitress makes sure to check in on us regularly and knows how to keep a conversation going.

This has to be a hidden gem in Cedar City. Traveling through for work, and was pleasantly surprised to find a place like this. I became a repeat customer while I was assigned to the area. The food is prepared with detail - and not only looks but tastes like dishes you would find in popular culinary destinations. I hope the locals support this place, and I hope the tourists find a special treat here.
Can not express how wonderful the service and the food are! This was our first visit and we will definitely be back! Love this place!

I took my out of town parents there one day, and we got up and left after looking at the prices. Seafood is typically expensive, but we were shocked how pricey they were.
We wanted to try something different while in Cedar City traveling from Las Vegas. Wife found them online, so we decided to try it. I was nervous when we walked in because we were the only ones there. Nice quite relaxed atmosphere, pleasant staff. The food was surprisingly good. I had the jambalaya fixed to order on both wet or dry and spice level. Delicious and more than I could eat. My wife had the shrimp combo which she said was very good. Prices were reasonable. We had entrées, appetizers and soft drinks. Nice find in Cedar City.

A recent hiking trip in Bryce/Zion provided lovely scenery but really "ho-hum" food UNTIL we discovered Lighthouse Seafood and Grill in Cedar City, UT. This fabulous little gem is worth driving to Cedar City...from Vermont! The service and atmosphere are welcoming, friendly and intimate. The menu is varied and offers fresh, innovative dishes with several option. Portion were generous and prices were reasonable.Following a delicious meal of salmon, baked potato and a Caesar salad, while my companion feasted on a salad, a large cup of authentic jambalaya and fish tacos, we asked if we could meet the chef. Our delightful server brought us into the kitchen where we were able to thank the young talented chef in person.Definitely going to re-visit Lighthouse and recommend it to all! Thank you for our very best meal and a great memory of Utah!

Amazing! The food is excellent. The best mahi-mahi I had ever tried. Shrimp feast was delicious. Coleslaw is the next level, very unique. The staff is friendly and made us feel very welcomed. The atmosphere inside is pleasant with quiet music and nice decorations. Felt like dinner by the beach. We will recommend it to all our friends. Perfect stop for early dinner on the way to or from Vegas

The best meal we had during our stay exploring Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks. I had the jambalaya soup and the fish tacos. The portions were generous and spiced to perfection. The staff were friendly and attentive, and we were able to congratulate the chef in person.

We had an excellent dinner tonight. I ordered the Caesar salad and new York strip. It was tender, done exactly as I ordered. The Caesar salad was the best I've ever had. My husband ordered a shrimp cocktail, and a fish and chips dinner. Again, excellent. The bread they served was delicious. The waitress was very friendly. It's a little difficult to find but if you call them they will direct you to their restaurant. Definitely a must place to visit.
