I hate giving bad reviews but this is probably the worst Little Caesars I have ever been to. I’ve been multiple times and every time I’ve had to wait 20-30 minutes for a pizza. Would not recommend

I ordered online. I get an email saying it's ready. I drive to the store and an employee tells me it's not ready. In another trip I had an email saying the order was in the pickup ovens. When I put in my code the system says invalid code. This place makes great food but they are understaffed and the location is too small. On another trip the order took an hour even though it said it should be done in 30 minutes.Why do I keep coming back? Because it's delicious. But can you please open another location?

My order was put in at 6:41. I sat in the parking lot until 7:15 Nothing on the app was updating. I then waited inside and still nothing. I finally got my order at 7:25. It wasn’t what I ordered.(ordered pepperoni and it was the cheese crazy puffs) So their response “That’s gonna be 10 more minutes”. I got my correct order at 7:43. OVER AN HOUR!! The only apology was “Sorry we were busy”. Worst experience have had at this location! I want a refund please!!!

This location had the best Little Caesars pizza I have ever had. We got the half pepperoni and half breadsticks. They didn't have the pizza ready when we asked for it on the app but it was worth the wait.

I had been waiting at the register for 5 minutes or longer. Multiple employees made eye contact and went about their business. Another customer arrived. To which I jokingly said guess you’ll be here a while no one has even greeted me yet. Shortly after Tony came off break and came to our rescue. Great attitude, and quick to get us what we wanted. Thank you Tony!!

Little caesars is famous for their “hot and ready “ pizza, but this place in cedar city and most places in southern Utah, really but really gives it a bad name, every time and deferent hours, they never have a “hot and ready” when people come in they’ll just tell customers it’ll be a half our to wait, I mean if I have to wait that long minus well go to a regular pizza joint where it may be less than what their having customers wait here!

Incompetent employees.. I called in a smothered pepperoni the first time, my girlfriend came to pick it up and they had no idea what was going on. The second time I called I arrive 10 minutes later and it’s the same thing I hate to give little ceasers a bad rap, but the one in cedar city the pizza is sub-par and the service is terrible.

We ordered pizza, bread sticks, and sauce to be delivered. They were supposed to be delivered at 5:30. Since it was Super Bowl Sunday, we put up a 25% tip and in the delivery instructions, we asked that they shout GO NINERS when the food was delivered. We got nothing... No doorbell, knock, or notification (via text or email) that our food was delivered. Checked for our food at 5:30... nothing. 5:45, nothing. 6pm, still nothing outside and the update on the order said it was running late. If it wasn't for someone coming over, we wouldn't have known our food was sitting on our steps at 6pm... A half hour later than we asked. But the driver didn't deserve the 25% tip because they didn't notify us when our food arrived late, smashed, and cold!!!!NEVER doing delivery from here again!!!!!
Meh. It's fine for a quick pizza stop (when they aren't busy) kinda gross, they need to clean the waiting room and its loud sometimes so the workers have a hard time hearing you. It's mid. Pizza pretty good

The food tasted completely wrong, My breadsticks were horrible and soggy, the pizza was stale tasteless and stale and old. The inside was dirty and filthy, service was the only bearable part of the experience.
