We ate here on May 24, 2023 (sorry for the late post). We'd never been in Cedar City before, and we certainly did not expect a relatively isolated town in the mountains of southern Utah to be the home of a top-flight Chinese restaurant. Nevertheless, this was a phenomenal dinner choice where we enjoyed one of the very best Chinese-cuisine meals ever! The food was great, the choices were plentiful, and the service was friendly and professional. Frankly, we had only one complaint with the Mandarin...it's 1,836 miles from our house!

I've lived in the area most of my life, and one day decided to try this place out. I was surprised at how good it was. I really enjoy the hot tea. The General Tso chicken is excellent. The servers are good, but non-invasive. If you need to have a meeting or private conversation, this is a good place.

Oh gosh it was good!! Like everyone else, we loved the orange chicken & the California Roll as an appetizer was yummy! The service was wonderful as well. Go! And enjoy!

Food is ambrosial.Friendly and knowledgable staff. Lunch special is value for money. Sushi is Bonne Bouche. Clean restrooms. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Food was good. Could have been delivered warmer. What really made it bad was the lack of being able to ask questions of our server because of the language problem . Won't be back.

Service is great, food is good, had the Mongolian beef and although it was tasty, there was clearly sugar in it. Next time I will ask for no sugar Still better than the Chinese buffet across the street. Otherwise, the interior is pleasant and clean, the vibe is good and the lighting is low. Prices are quite reasonable and I'll be back next time I'm in Cedar City.

Staying in the Hotel next door so went over for dinner. Nice place with friendly staff and great service. We had the Hot and sour soup and Lemon Chicken. Both were very good, well seasoned and healthy portions for a reasonable price. I would definitely eat here again.
