I waited 20 minutes in drive while the whole drive thru line started to get backed up.People were getting upset they couldn't get out it was utter chaos. Then they brought out the wrong order and I had to wait again.i called manager and explained what was going on and she hung up on me.Wow I never in my life have run across such incompetence.

This is the most FILTHY McDonalds I have ever been too. You walk in and it literally smells like urine/cat urine. The tables are filthy, all while the employees are hired out of the local SPED program and are hanging out and talking during a huge rush. I hope the new one across town has different management, this location deserves to be condemned.

We just went through the drive-thru and were given a cup with a hole in it. When the drive-thru worker was confronted at the time, she replied"oops, well I just got strawberry syrup all over my hand". Didn't offer another drink (even though the drink was gone before we got to enjoy it), or even extra napkins to clean up the mess that is now all over our car.

I don't normal eat fast food but sometimes I love a Big Mac so decided to stop. This McDonald's is filthy. Garbage was flowing out of the bins, the fountain area looked as if they never wipe it down and the floors had food all over and the floor was so sticky if you were wearing flip flops you would have lost your shoes. On top of all of this, the food was cold. Very disappointing
