I am visiting Brian Head from Alabama and we bought some Dry Lakes bacon from a grocery store on the mountain and I was SO IMPRESSED, I called Dry Lakes to see what local restaurants carried their meats.. they said, “ we only allow Milts to cook our meats”. I made the hour drive to Milts just to eat a Dry Lakes steak, only to be disappointed. The steak was WAY OVER COOKED AND FLAVORLESS! My daughter ordered a filet and it was under cooked. The rest of the family enjoyed their meals thought ( crab legs and prime rib).

The atmosphere is what makes Milt's a unique dining experience. I'd recommend making a reservation to ensure avoiding a wait time. Especially on a Fri-Sat evening. Good food and friendly staff with a hometown feel. The best brown bread rolls around! Recommend!

So, I'm told this is the best steak in Cedar City. I sure hope not, my worst streak say home was better. Super expensive for the quality of the beef. Staff was awesome and great little place for the atmosphere.
