So I have ordered from this location now 4 times....they only got my order right once out of 4 times! I am beyond disappointed with them, and I won't recommend them to anyone when it comes to takeout. Maybe dine in service is better, but their takeout service is beyond horrible.

We generally order online when we are going to Panda Express for dinner. They are often fairly crowded in the evening since this restaurant is extremely popular here in Cedar City. Our orders have always been accurate and on time, except for the rare instances when they have run out of a menu item. When that has happened they have offered us a substitute or our money back on the missing item.

Most of the staff is pretty good. The food is great if you get it fresh. But the manager, Steven, is unbelievably rude. He is extremely difficult to understand, and then HE gets mad at YOU when you try and clarify. He gives you tiny portion sizes compared to the rest of the staff. And you can see even from a customer point of view that he treats his staff horribly. If this manager wasn't there I wouldn't give this place such a low rating. Overall the staff is great and the food is ok. I just hope higher management see's this and realizes that Steven is hurting their business.
