Ordered pizza online an hour before pick up time. Automatically added tip with order. Frustrating that they didn’t even start making anything until after we were scheduled for picking up the pizza. Really disappointed in customer service not even acknowledging how far behind they are when ordering so much in advance.

i got a garlic chicken pizza and it was my favorite pizza ive ever had. The staff was nice too and quick.
I ordered through the app. When I arrived, 10 minutes later than the scheduled pick up time, it wasn't ready and they even had to search for my order ticket. This is an argument for not tipping at the time of payment (which I did).

We have been going to this Pappa Murphy's for decades. I mean it. I grew up here. The toppings are always fresh and we love how easy it is to get a custom pizza. So my hubby is lactose intolerant and we love coming here to have our pizzas made with no cheese. We then add our own at home. (Craft shredded cheese has no lactose in it for some reason. Or any cheese aged over a year naturally has no lactose)The only thing that bothers us once in a while is when we place an online order and make sure to check the boxes to have them leave off the cheese. When we go to pick up our order, there is the lightest sprinkle of cheese all over it. And it's happened a handful of times now. Odd. But they always fix it with a smile. Over all. Great pizza. Great staff. There's a reason they've been around this long.
