Ordered my food to go told me 10 minutes 45 minutes later they said there was a glitch with their computer or some kind of story like that. In the meantime of my 45 minute away I use the restroom in there. Looks like the ceilings came in. It smells like a chlorine pool throughout the whole place then you go to the restaurant and you start looking around and there’s patches and spiderwebs and drit And that made me concerned about my food finally after my 45 minute away, they found my order and I got to bring my food home and my tacos were shells from that I would get from the grocery store taco Bell. I would’ve been better off or getting food frozen and eating out of microwave and ordering $30 worth of Mexican food that was pure horrible , but never recommend never eat there again. Next time I choose Mexican will not be there. If that is my only option like it was tonight I will eat Mexican food over this restaurant ever ever again horrible. Don’t waste your money. I wasted mine. As far as Mine is concerned, they’re negative in the stars

We stopped into our favorite Mexican restaurant, Puerto Vallarta. When we walked in we noticed how clean it looked and smelled. A young man was cleaning every chair!! We were quickly seated and an awesome young man, named Jack, served us. He was awesome! He was concerned with our service and our food. He kept our drinks full. Very pleasant person who cared about his customers. Kudos to the owner for keeping the restaurant clean, the food delicious and hiring wonderful people! Thank you, Jack!!

My recent visit to Puerto Vallarta Jalisco was nothing short of spectacular, an experience that was elevated by their exceptional service and culinary prowess. From the moment we were seated, the attentive staff ensured our water cups were perennially full, a small but telling detail that spoke volumes about their commitment to guest satisfaction. The star of the evening, however, was the molcajete. This traditional Mexican dish was not only a feast for the palate but also a spectacle for the eyes, arriving at our table theatrically presented with flames dancing across its surface. The sizzling ingredients nestled within the volcanic stone mortar were a harmonious blend of flavors and textures, each component perfectly cooked and seasoned. The molcajete's contents, a mix of succulent meats, savory cheeses, and a rich, aromatic sauce, were complemented by the warm, freshly made tortillas served alongside. Every bite was a delightful journey through the vibrant culinary landscape of Mexico, expertly crafted and presented with flair.Beyond the food, the ambiance of Puerto Vallarta Jalisco added to the dining experience. The warm, inviting atmosphere, coupled with the staff's genuine hospitality, made us feel truly welcome and appreciated. It was clear that the restaurant prides itself not only on its culinary excellence but also on creating a memorable experience for every guest. In summary, Puerto Vallarta Jalisco stands out as a gem in the culinary scene, offering not just amazing food but also impeccable service. The molcajete, with its dramatic presentation and exquisite taste, is a testament to the restaurant's dedication to authentic, high-quality Mexican cuisine. I eagerly look forward to my next visit, confident in the knowledge that it will be as remarkable as the last.

Terrible service, the waitress who served us forgot things and only cared about collecting the bills. Too many staff for terrible customer service. I do not recommend this restaurant. It honestly made me angry because the waitress made us wait too long to bring the menu.

Kind of felt like I was at a restaurant that you would eat at when you got off of cruise ship. It was clean. The menu had lots and lots of seafood options but they also had non seafood options. The restaurants attached to a hotel. The hotel is probably a b+ hotel but the restaurant is of a different caliber and I wouldn't to feel awkward taking anyone to it.They did a refill on our chips and salsa which was greatVegetarian options: Lots of beans and rice. A lot of their main courses have a broth that is meat-based so just be mindful and ask them what you're gettingParking: It's a free parking lotWheelchair accessibility: They have tables on ground floor and then up a few steps

We loved everything about this place! The decor, service, and food was amazing! Chips and various salsas were delicious. Horchata was the best we’ve ever had! We ordered the quesa birria and the camarones Mazatlán and they were all so delicious. The portions are huge which was a huge plus!
