Drive thru is always closed with no sign. I feel this happens every time I come through drive thru. Many times have gotten sandwiches and have always been extremely salty or had old bread. Very bad subway

Went to this subway because it was the highest rated. very nice and friendly employees very quick service. I ordered a sub on the app and was ready within 3 minutes when I got inside. The bathroom was not the cleanest but overall was fine. Did not get her name but lady in front was really nice and

After a poor experience at the Subway in Beaver, Utah, we went on down the road to Cedar City to try our luck there. The service was no better, although we did get some food this time. We arrived at 9:25 p.m. and the posted hours said they were open until 10:00 p.m. However, all the chairs were on the tables and they wouldn't allow us to eat in the restaurant. They also had closed the restrooms. Very inhospitable. I'm perfectly okay with fast-food restaurants closing their lobbies prior to regular closing time, but post the lobby hours!

MJ and Natalie gave such awesome service here. While we were there a couple of stupid teenagers who got way too drunk were being quite rude being a nuisance and harassing a couple of girls in the restaurant, so I told him to get lost but MJ and Natalie handled the situation really really well. And they were super nice and put TLC in our order.Give them a raise!

I placed a mobile pickup order, arrived 15 minutes later, and found the store deserted with an alarm going off. Despite spotting two employees rushing in from their car, our order hadn't even been initiated. The explanation of a long-standing system issue seemed improbable – how could they operate for weeks with a faulty system? To add to the frustration, midway through waiting, one of the workers entertained a friend while we were there. With just two employees on duty at 9:30, it was a disappointing experience. This experience has left me with no intention of returning to this franchise owner's stores.

The 2 ladies working were friendly and patient as my son couldn't make up his mind. Sandwiches were good. Even switched it up and got a new sandwich, but it wasn't made how it was supposed to be since apparently they were out of the peppers that go on it.
