Jill is the nicest cashier i've ever met in my life ever at a swig. Absolutely a understanding individual and she had so much care in the world. One of the only workers that will ever make me feel so welcomed and appreciated as a customer here at swig. The Swig team made a great decision to hire this amazing person.
They have great drink options and you can also customize your own drink. They also have great treats! However, the customer service isn't all that great. I've gone through both the drive thru and the lobby. The service in the drive thru is really good, but when you go into the lobby it's quite the opposite.
