Not sure where the good reviews are coming from, but this place was not what I expected. I was hoping for a healthy acai bowl, and a delicious homemade sandwich. I got neither. The acai bowl was tiny, runny, and tasted cheap. They said they get their granola from Walmart (which is definitely not healthy), so I skipped that. I did add peanut butter, and I'm pretty sure it's the cheap stuff with added sugar. The fruit on top was mushy and tasted like previously frozen, not fresh. I do not recommend you get this. The turkey sandwich with cream cheese cranberry spread was not for us. Again, I'm pretty sure the bread and thin sliced deli meat Turkey came from Walmart. We did not like it. On top of that, it took so long to get our food, and there was hardly anyone in the store. Out of the 3 workers, one young girl was making all the food, while the other two were just standing there talking. I'll never come back.

Very contradictory signs on the front door. Says it’s both the Berry Bar AND the Bistro and when they answered the phone they said it was the Bistro. We came here at 4:30 in the afternoon when it is apparently supposed to be open. The door was locked and the two girls we could clearly see inside just looked at us like a deer in watching headlights.

Paid 25 bucks for one piece of bread and 2 16 oz smoothies…. It took 20 minutes and I was the only person in there. Hopefully these new owners will lower the prices and the time!Probably won’t be back.

I have no idea how this place is still in business. Their hours are terrible. It’s literally always closed every time I go. I get that it’s mostly a breakfast place but they don’t even open until 10. They might as well just close permanently because it’s so hard to catch them open. Also every time I have gone and it’s miraculously open the service is poor. Really wish another açaí place would open up.

The past 3 times I have ordered an acai bowl to go, it’s been runny and my regular bowl (+2.00 charge) hasn’t even been filled to the top of the bowl. Not sure what’s going on with the business but for $15, it’s a total rip off and not even made right. 3 strikes you’re out ????

No negative talk here just all feed back! I strive in customer service and quality products. Disappointed in how my bowls have turned out there always out of everything and none of there products are organic the price for I’m paying I would like to have it be high quality.

What a nice spot! Great customer service too! Both the employees were very nice and helpful! It's a chill place as well with soft music playing in the background. I ordered the summer in cedar and it's fricken awesome! Definitely recommend this chill spot for desert or a cool smoothie!

We sent a DoorDash order to our sick daughter. DoorDash’s end was fine. However, out of the 4 items on the order only one item was bagged up to be delivered. She got her order promptly from DoorDash. She called The Berry Bar about her missing items. Had to drive over there for them to replace them. Emailed the company about the incident. Between the clueless girls working in the establishment and the short dismissive reply from the company (Sorry, but not our problem) the experience is severely lacking. This rating isn’t based on their food. The service experience was so bad the quality of food is an afterthought. We were hoping to find a great local place to support, but this won’t be one of them.
Painfully slow and inattentive service. Breakfast sandwiches were ok, only some of the fruit was fresh.

I went here because I was in a hurry and wanted something quick. I ordered an açaí bowl and it took 30min. They said they had a lot of orders, there were 4 other people in the place. I understand to go orders as well but that’s still no excuse for a smoothie bowl to take 30min. The only reason I’m doing two stars is because the bowl was good, but I couldn’t enjoy it very much because my bf was so mad at me and we had to rush to where we needed to be. This place could be good, but for me it was expensive and a HUGE waste of time.

I've been here 3 times. The 1st was ok. Smoothie was good, service ok. The 2nd time, they opened late. No big deal, I get it, but when I walked in the lady didn't acknowledge me until I asked if I could order. She just looked at me, so I ordered, received my order and left. The 3rd time they opened late again. I stayed in my car to give them a few minutes to get started. When I walked in neither employee greeted me. The older women was counting the till. She didn't look up, say anything or acknowledge me in any way. I stood there awkwardly for several minutes. The younger girl did finally smile as she sucked on her smoothie. But didn't offer any help at all. I finally just gave up and said "wow, I'll just go somewhere else". Still not a word was spoken. This business needs some serious customer service training.

What a pleasant surprise to find such a quality, açai bowl Café in a small town. The atmosphere was quite basic. Nothing special. What you would expect from chain fast food type restaurant. However, I came for the açai, and it was delicious. I ordered the Coco Dream. The toppings were plentiful, fresh, and delicious. I had peanut butter and chocolate with an assortment of berries and other fresh fruit toppings. It took me no time to get through the properly size medium bowl. The service time was a bit long as people were waiting for their order. However, a delicious Açaí bowl takes time to prepare fresh, and it was more than worth the wait.
