Overall, I think this place is highly underrated. I’ve been coming multiple times and have not had to wait more then a couple seconds to get my order taken and food out within a minute. Excellent

The location was clean, but definitely had the worst service I’ve ever experience at a Tropical Smoothie. I was the only one in the drive thru and it took ten minutes to get one sandwich, and it was made wrong. I went inside to see if it could get remade correctly, and I stood at the front for almost ten minutes before one of the three employees finally came to talk to me. It felt as if I was being avoided. The lady I spoke to was unkind and seemed as if she hated her job, and then I could hear them talking about me behind the counter. Disappointing, because usually the service at Tropical Smoothies is good!

Worse service & smoothie I’ve ever had from Tropic smoothie.Kristen was her name. Rude (act like she hated her job) she didn’t make my smoothie correctly. Had no taste or flavor. Threw it out. If I didn’t hit the freeway I would of gone back for a refund.Waste of 8.00

They told us to be quiet while it was busy and everyone in the restaurant was talking quietly amongst themselves. Terrible employees never going there again. Service was terrible felt unwanted with tone of the employees.
