The food is pretty good and it’s cool that it’s open late but they are not always open like advertised. They often close early in the morning for cleaning. They are very rushed when at the window, like they don’t want to interact with you. There is 1 girl there with good customer service. I think I hit a good day at Rita’s Taco shop. Today I had good service and good food, but was reading the reviews in drive through and was a little worried about the conditions my order was being made in. There seems to be an inconsistent history of uncleanliness and customers getting sick. Consistency is important to me as a customer, so sadly Rita’s probably won’t become one of this foodies regular stops.

Ordered Cali burrito no pico add guac and sour cream & they didn’t listen and just gave me the one with pico but charged extra for the other stuff. So make sure you are extremely clear about your order.
