Drive thru was open until midnight. Tried getting service at 11:45 and they would not serve me. When no one answered the drive thru order (even though it was still lit up), I drove up to the window. Everyone just looked and ignored me. Not even an I’m sorry but we closed the kitchen early. I will not be back to this location!

They smashed my burger and when we first got the order we went through and they gave us the wrong order so we went back inside and complained and they gave us a smashed burger and it didn’t even look

Went to Carl's today to get a couple of Carl's sandwiches. Unfortunately the buns on them were dried out. Had to throw away the bun on the bottom. Gone through a drive-thru so there was no way to tell anybody or give many feedback. Their funds were stale.

The reason I am giving a 1 star on food is because every single time I get a coffee from this location, it is Luke warm to cold. I mean, come on.... Its coffee, HOT coffee!! Is it so hard to ask for hot coffee??

This is the best carls jr. The food is always good & every time we go cj is always working & she always has the best attitude she is so friendly! Jack was the cook & the food always comes out so fresh and great from him! Will always choose this location over any other one! :)

They forgot about our order, then let it sit out before finally giving it to us, so it was cold. The Manager was too busy playing on his phone to be bothered with customers. Most tables were dirty.
