Why is it when I emphasize on my phone order "Unwich" sandwich two times, they get the order wrong. This is the second time this has happened and they make it on bread. Come on guys! Also, half my lunch period was used up waiting for my order at the store and then they get it wrong which took even longer. Jeez.

Went in to get my sandwiches. Asked about the new sandwich got a shrug and “um I don’t know anything about it” the store didn’t have any change for me to pay with cash. Then when they finished my sandwiches they placed them in the counter saying here are your sandwiches take them. Because I had 5 of them I asked if I could get a bag. The girl said “grab a bag yourself it’s just over the counter” as she walked back to go be on her phone. They were not friendly. Not helpful. They were not busy. Horrible service. Not sure about the actual sandwiches yet.

Whatever happened to freak fast. Placed an order yesterday. It was for delivery. Usually at most takes 20 mins to be at my door. Yesterday order took over an hour. To bad one of the reason I loved Jimmy Johns was the freak fast service. Now that it's super slow. I just get my subs from Jersey Mike from now on. To bad your slogan doesn't match your actually service time.

I had the #3 Totally Tuna which was good, but not great. For my drink I was craving a Sweet Tea. Alas, it was empty. Restaurant was clean and garbage can emptied.I was the only customer in the place.One employee on break was sitting at a table cruising on his phone. Others were walking in and out and competing for who was serving the drive through.

The food is food. Sandwiches are sandwiches. You know what you're getting. That being said, every employee at this location has always been so friendly! They've never screwed up my order and tonight, at the end of a stressful day, the worker was so kind to me and he went above and beyond his call of duty. He even gave my dog a biscuit which I thought was hilarious and generous. I didn't catch his name but he has hair any woman would kill for and is super pretty. Give this man a raise and a promotion!
Had to cancel my order, waited my whole lunch break for my sandwich. So I called and canceled because they didn’t really seem to care if they got business or not!

You know what we go to Jimmy John's all of the time. We love Jimmy John's, yet the one at the Clearfield, Hill afb can never follow simple instructions. We make it a point to state no onions, extra peppers. I got zero peppers. This time I'm telling. This is more than 5xs now I got zero peppers or some how they messed up our order. we know the same ppl are not taking our orders. Not cool. You know what, my day needed extra peppers. Fix this Jimmy John's. ?
