Go to another location!! Ordered a couple times from this location. Each time we get there after the alotted waiting time to be told they dont have what we want and were never contacted. Then wait about 15 more mins for items, and at the end are told other items take another 10 mins to begin the cooming process. Why werent they being cooked while we stood here for 15 mins. Food is ok at best, half the store is always blocked off to customers, honestly the restaurant is always just hanging on barely by a thread.

What a fantastic fast food experience! Glen was awesome as well! What a good guy. He was great with my kids as well! It’s always nice when someone can make your kids feel special even when it’s something as simple as a fast food meal. Definitely will be returning here and hopefully Glen will be there every time!

Strike three! Got a mashed potato bowl today after work, around 5:30pm. Chicken was burnt and chewy at the same time? Zero gravy. Wayyyy too much cheese. Took 1 bite and literally spat it back into the bowl and tossed it. I know its just fast food and I assume some risk when buying this type of food, but that was disgusting and inedible. Furthermore this was the 3rd occasion over a period of a few months, I kept telling myself it was an isolated incident and proceeded to try again, all mashed potato bowls, all inedible. I will not be returning.

I come here occasionally for lunch on Saturdays through the drive thru and the lady is always very nice and Ive never had a problem with my order. One of the best KFC’s around.

There is a KFC at the edge of my neighborhood. I drive past that one and drive for over 3 miles often times in rush hour traffic just to go to this one. The food is good, I haven't had them run out of chicken on me, and when I get my order, the items in the bag are correct. It's a really good KFC to go to.
